We are located in St Joseph, Missouri on 18 beautiful spacious acres of trees, pond and gently rolling hills with all our four legged friends.

Bar S began with Michael's Romagnola cattle years before any show dogs ever appeared in our home. Growing up in Texas showing cattle was Michael's back ground. So it was only natural to always have "alittle bit of Texas close", no matter where we lived. From then on we were Bar S.

Our dogs are of distinction with AKC champion pedigrees and show quality breedings behind them. They are on their way to making a name for themselves in the show ring with us having the privilege of having fun along the way. We're looking forward to the adventures to come.

 Being out in the public so much with all our four legged friends we have been asked so many times what we feed our dogs. My answer....Life's Abundance. This product is human quality, all natural, made fresh and sent to your door. It was formulated by a holistic veterinarian that I have the upmost respect for and has NEVER been part of any "recall". Nutrition is important for all ours dogs, but especially the giant breeds with their rapid rate of growth. Puppies should ONLY ever be fed the Adult version of a food. The puppy, senior, large breed, small breed, etc are for marketing and an indicatior that the food is not of top quality. If it was real food you would not need these distinctions, some of which are quite silly. 

 Mastiffs are working dogs and it is sad to see how many of them are grossly overweight and cannot run around the show ring without the appearance of discomfort. Although you may think all pet food manufacturers have your pet’s best interests in mind, this is not always the case. Current pet food regulations allow manufacturers to use ingredients that you would never knowingly give to your pet. In fact, you may be shocked to learn what some brands of pet food really contain. Check your labels and compare, you won't be disappointed in the results you'll see in Life's Abundance.
